Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Realtor to join our team in Denver, CO. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, marketing real estate listings, and providing expert advice on the current housing market. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service by understanding client needs, building relationships, and negotiating deals effectively. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate laws and regulationsProficient in Customer Service and capable of fostering long-lasting client relationshipsSkills in Sales and negotiation, with the ability to market and sell real property effectivelyComprehensive knowledge of the local Real Estate market and trends in Denver, COExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in using real estate technology tools and CRM software is an advantageA strong network of contacts within the real estate industry is preferred
