As a Luxury Travel Specialist, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. smart phone, email, etc.).You are the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for handling all booking needs for travelers, both business and leisure, while providing exceptional customer service to exceed clients' expectations. In addition, you have access to sell package options, tours, event ticket and more. No experience required as all training and certifications are provided.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events)Provide exceptional customer service to clientsMaintain relationships with travel partners and vendorsWork well in a group/team settingStay up to date on the travel industry and policiesCollect and enter data into our software and maintain client filesComplete required certification within a timely mannerComplete ongoing training with our company and travel partnersQualificationsMust have a smartphone with reliable internet accessLaptop or desktop computer (highly recommend, however, not required) with reliable internet accessMust be at least 18 years of ageMust reside in the Unites StatesJ-18808-Ljbffr
