Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing operations and processes. This role involves overseeing marketing automation systems, collaborating with external vendors, and supervising the creation and distribution of digital content that promotes the SecurityNational Mortgage Company brand.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage social media execution across corporate and loan officer channelsLead social posting tool usage, support, and optimization to drive engagementIdentify and implement opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and consistency across channelsExecute updates to website content, landing pages, and blog posts within WordPressSupport campaign launches by building and updating landing pagesEnsure website content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with current marketing initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on larger website updates or enhancementsApply basic SEO best practices, including metadata, page structure, and internal linkingMonitor website performance and flag opportunities for improvementServe as a key partner to loan officers for digital marketing support and successProvide guidance on social media best practices, content usage, and personal brandingIdentify common field challenges and develop scalable solutions to improve adoption and effectivenessPartner with marketing leadership to execute campaigns across channelsBuild and support digital assets including landing pages, social content, and email componentsEnsure alignment across social, email, and web as part of campaign executionContribute ideas for campaign improvements based on performance data and field feedbackTrack and analyze performance across digital channels and website activityProvide recommendations to improve engagement and overall effectivenessIdentify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing impactRequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaign executionHands-on experience with WordPress or a similar CMSUnderstanding of basic SEO principles and website optimizationExperience working in a sales-driven or field-supported environmentStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple workstreamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsMortgage or financial services experience strongly preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 lbs.Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneMust be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, while working on a computer
