Installation Manager
**This role is in the Industrial Automation Machine Manufacturing Industry **Industry Experience is preferred **Onsite in Cincinnati We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Validation & Installation Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, qualification, and startup of complex automated equipment and systems. This individual will serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution, validation compliance, and operational readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesValidation ManagementDevelop and execute validation master plans, protocols, and final reportsLead validation activities for equipment, systems, and manufacturing processesManage internal validation personnel and external contractors/vendorsDevelop training plans and operational procedures to support team successEnsure all documentation is completed accurately and meets internal and regulatory standardsCoordinate qualification activities including installation, operational, and performance testingConstruction & Installation ManagementPlan, coordinate, and oversee equipment installation and site construction activitiesManage project schedules, budgets, procurement efforts, and subcontractorsCollaborate with engineering teams and skilled trades to ensure alignment with project specificationsLead construction meetings, safety initiatives, and issue resolution effortsEnsure proper turnover of completed systems to validation and operations teamsReview and approve commissioning documentation, punch lists, and project closeout activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field3+ years of experience in validation, construction management, commissioning, or related project leadership rolesProven experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with automated equipment, controls systems, and industrial environmentsStrong project management, organizational, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency with project scheduling software and technical documentation systemsPreferred SkillsExperience supporting equipment startup, commissioning, or qualification activitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environmentsStrong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards
