The Nurse will be responsible for providing professional and compassionate nursing care to residents, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare providers, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting daily activities to ensure optimal health outcomes and quality of life for patients. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to regulatory compliance and safety standards. Qualifications Strong clinical skills including patient care, assessment, and administering medicationsKnowledge and experience in healthcare protocols, regulatory compliance, and patient safety practicesEffective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, families, and other stakeholdersCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide high-quality patient careCurrent nursing license (RN or LPN) in IndianaCPR and First Aid certification preferredExperience working in long-term care or with senior populations is an assetEmpathy, patience, and adaptability in managing diverse healthcare needs
