The Senior Content Writer plays a key role in elevating our brand voice, amplifying our subject matter experts, and building trust with buyers across the full customer journey. In this role you will develop and deliver content, communication, and promotional copywriting that positions our experts as trusted industry voices and drives buyer engagement. They handle the full writing lifecycle from discovery and research to writing high-quality blogs, web pages, social posts, video scripts, and other communications across multiple digital and physical channels.
This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS).

Power a content engine informed by our internal SMEs, clients, competitors, and industry insights.
Partner with subject matter experts (including our executive team) to capture insights and translate them into compelling content.
Maintain a writing calendar spanning blogs, CTAs, email, sales emails, promotional emails, case studies, white papers, battle cards, 1-pagers, brochures, event materials, and social posts, sales presentations, etc.
Write with a focus on driving meaningful metrics (trust, engagement, pipeline influence).
Work closely with marketing leadership to evolve messaging and positioning.
Partner with designers, freelancers, and other roles to systemically scale content production.
Stay current on B2B content, digital storytelling, and MSP/IT industry trends.
Partner on paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads) to amplify reach.
Apply and continuously evolve best practices across SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, and AI-assisted content development.
Partner in development and compliance with voice and tone documentation.
Conduct SME interviews to fuel articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and video clips, etc.
Write and edit high-quality content across formats: blogs, bylines, case studies, POVs, email, and video scripts, etc.
Ensure all content reflects brand voice, positioning, and messaging.
Prompt AI image creation tools as needed for pairing images with content
Publish and distribute content across channels including LinkedIn SME and company profiles, website, newsletters, direct mail, YouTube, etc.
Support direction and writing for company social media platforms, including Google Business profiles, reviews, and social media strategy.
Provide guidance, stay current on, and apply conversion optimization practices.
Provide guidance, stay current on, and apply AI content development processes.
The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000 and $105,000 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

This position requires U.S. citizenship due to federal government contract obligations and access to secured information systems.
Workspace Requirements and Remote Work Policy Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and that is secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva's IT User and Security Policies that include but are not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval). Any remote work away from a team member's normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
