*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. This role requires a dedicated leader capable of managing maintenance teams, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks * Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and high/low voltage electrical components * Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards * Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory * Diagnose engineering troubleshooting issues using schematics, electrical testing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment * Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions * Coordinate projects involving facilities upgrades or repairs while managing budgets and timelines * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and repair procedures * Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving facilities efficiency and safety * Lead emergency response efforts related to facility issues such as electrical failures or plumbing leaks *Experience* * Proven supervising experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments * Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively * Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and mechanical systems repair * Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and engineering troubleshooting techniques * Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping * Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to industrial safety practices * Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters for troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage systems * Project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation * Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for mechanical and electrical systems * Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively across teams and document procedures clearly TJB01 Pay: $25.09 - $25.59 per hour Work Location: In person
