We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.Key Responsibilities:- Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities- Stock and organize carts with necessary cleaning supplies and room essentials- Replace bed linens and make beds to hotel standards- Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and detailed sanitation- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are in optimal condition- Follow safety, security, and company standards at all times- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptlyRequirementsSkills and Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or related field preferred- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and guests- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.- Ability to work weekends and holidays.We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
