Affiliate Marketing Intern

Unpaid Internship Position Available:Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand making the first functional electrolyte chewing gum. We've built a community of college athlete ambassadors and pro partners across major leagues, and we're scaling fast.Unpaid internship role. We're looking for someone to help expand our partnerships across athletes, creators, and affiliates. You'll be running daily outreach, qualifying talent, and making sure every new partner has a smooth onboarding experience.What You'll Do→ Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.→ Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program.→ Keep athlete records organized and up to date.→ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.→ Build outreach lists of TikTok creators in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness niches.→ Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools).→ Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.The Upside→ Performance-based growth opportunities including potential paid roles down the line.→ Networking opportunities with college and pro athletes across major programs.→ Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.→ Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator outreach.Who You Are→ Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.→ Bonus if you've worked with influencer or affiliate programs before.→ Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily.→ Strong written English and communication skills.→ Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.⚡ Join us and help build one of the fastest growing ambassador programs in DTC.
