General Laborer / Production Hand

Shift:** Full-Time / Mon--Fri, 8:00 AM -- 4:30 PM**Position Overview**East Loop Sand Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking **Labor Hand** to join our production team. This is a fast-paced, physical role centered around our automated conveyor lines. You will be responsible for bagging, stacking, and loading our high-quality sand and stone products for the oil & gas and construction industries.**Key Responsibilities** **Conveyor Line Operation:** Work on the bagging line to fill poly and burlap bags with various materials (pipeline sand, limestone dust, 1B stone). **Manual Handling:** Securely close bags and stack them onto pallets. **Shipping & Receiving:** Assist in loading flatbeds for delivery. **Documentation:** Maintain accuracy by filling out daily production logs and shipping paperwork to ensure inventory and compliance standards are met. **Site Maintenance:** Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.**Requirements** **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift, carry, and stack **50 lb bags** repeatedly for the duration of a shift. **Reliability:** Must have dependable transportation to our facility and a strong "show up on time" work ethic. **Attention to Detail:** Ability to follow instructions and accurately complete basic paperwork. **Safety First:** Must follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates.**What We Offer** **Skill Advancement:** We provide **Forklift Training and Certification** for the right candidates. **Stable Work:** Consistent hours in a vital regional industry. **Competitive Pay: **Starting Pay $15 -- $18/hr based on experience.
