W-2 Salaried TherapistSalary: $78,000–$84,000 annuallyFull-time positions are designed around maintaining an average caseload of approximately 25 conducted sessions per week.Full benefits package:Health/Dental/Vision insuranceFlexible Paid Time Off: Therapists receive flexible paid time equivalent to approximately 17 days (85 sessions) per yearCalifornia Paid Sick Leave: Therapists working in California are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with state law.
