The ideal candidate will possess astrong background in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining, programming, andprocess improvement, with experience operating CNC milling machines andwire EDM . This role requires attention to detail, precision, theability to work collaboratively in a job shop environment and work wellWith Others. Responsibilities Operate CNC Milling Machines To Produceprecision parts according to specifications. Program CNC machines usingMastercam 24 and SolidWorks languages, as necessary. Utilize hand toolsand machinery safely and effectively to complete tasks. Conductinspections of finished products using GD&T principles to ensurecompliance with quality standards. Perform routine maintenance onequipment Collaborate with team members to optimize production processesand improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area,adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Proven experience as a 3axis CNC Machinist in a job shop environment. Proficiency in programmingCNC machines is highly desirable. Familiarity with tooling setups andthe ability to troubleshoot machining issues effectively. Knowledge ofGD&T principles is preferred for quality assurance purposes. StrongMechanical Aptitude And Problem-solving Skills Are Essential For Successin this role. F.H.
