Job DescriptionLocation: Phoenix, AZ – 3 daysResponsibilities:Work with the Head Engineer for U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology on reporting and deliverables; support portfolio initiatives.Assist the Head Engineer as needed.Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other engineers on key projects.Automate reporting and processes to minimize manual work.Use and promote AI tools within the portfolio.Develop Enterprise Architecture documentation.Drive design discussions and facilitate consensus on solution architecture decisions across all upstream engineering SMEs, Enterprise Architects and Raven SMEs.Manages the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project goalsOversees the process of maintaining project documentations including requirements, specifications, and progress reports ensuring they are updated in Project Management toolsTracks relevant Objectives and Key Results/Key Performance Indicator (OKR/KPIs) to measure and report on project performanceFacilitates communication among stakeholders, including project sponsors, team of colleagues, and external partners, to ensure effective information flowCollaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectivesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering), and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferredProfessional experience as an EngineerBasic coding skills with languages such as Bash, Python, Kotlin, or related technologiesExperience with AI developer toolsKnowledge of technical challenges and systems design, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutionsKnowledge of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven DevelopmentExperience in program delivery or project management, preferably within a technology-focused environmentExperience in managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teamsExperience in project management software tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platformsExperience in writing technical documentation
