RCM Analyst, Journeyman

Job Summary: Develop and execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses for Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) systems in accordance with NAVSEA RCM methodology and identify maintenance requirements for the approval and development of Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs). Essential Duties: Conduct Classic RCM and Backfit RCM per NAVSEA certification standards for Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) and Electronics (ELEX) systems Support Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) decisions Develop MPCs for approved OPC systems Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems preferred) OR six years directly relevant equivalent experience Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RCM analysis for naval/maritime systems Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with USCG maintenance policies and procedures Ability to work collaboratively with the Government client and project team functional areas in support of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities Ability to obtain security clearance, as required by contract Conduct logistics analysis in accordance with contract requirements Analyze maintenance tasks and requirements Support RCM assessments Engage with OEMs and Shipbuilder on technical data and logistics support requirements Required Certifications: NAVSEA Classic RCM Certification (Level II) NAVSEA Backfit RCM Certification (Level I) Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-90,00 and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
