SAP Basis Administrator
Key Responsibilities:SAP BASIS Administration:
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.).
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Manage SAP transports, background jobs, and system refreshes.
Maintain high availability and disaster recovery procedures for SAP systems.
Manage database (HANA, Oracle, SQL) and operating system (Linux/Windows) tasks as related to SAP.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and functional teams for system optimizations.
SAP GRC Administration:
Administer and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM.
Analyze and resolve Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and compliance issues.
Design and implement access control policies, workflows, and role reviews.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to SAP access and controls.
Work with internal/external auditors during ITGC reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of SAP BASIS experience with at least 1+ years in SAP GRC.
Strong experience with SAP system landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SAP GRC 10.x or 12.x.
Strong understanding of SAP security, SoD principles, and risk mitigation.
Knowledge of HANA database administration and SAP upgrades/migrations.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration, GRC certifications).
Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) hosting SAP.
Knowledge of ITIL practices.
Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
