A company is looking for a Reinforcement Learning Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and investigate research ideas to solve obstacles in continuous learning for production
Collaborate with the OpenPipe team to validate research directions on real customer tasks
Engage in hands-on engineering tasks, from CUDA kernels to high-performance LLM tracing dashboards
Required Qualifications
Experience in training large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks
Strong engineering skills with a focus on learning and adaptability
Demonstrated ability through impactful past projects or roles
Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and methodologies
Ability to work autonomously within a small team environment
