Responsibilities Directing and supervising labor crews and equipment operatorsReading and interpreting plans, grades, and specs Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors Ensuring safety standards are followed Tracking progress and reporting daily production Troubleshooting field issues in real time Type of work: Excavation and gradingInstallation of utilities (storm, sanitary, water)Roadwork, curbs, and sidewalksDrainage systemsSite prep for paving or foundationsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferredDeep understanding of work optimization methodsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership and crisis management skillsKnowledge of all relevant safety regulations
