Director of New Construction (Fire Protection / Mechanical Construction) Northern New Jersey About the OpportunityWe're partnering with a rapidly growing fire protection contractor generating $40M+ in annual revenue and scaling toward $60M+, with a strong backlog of work and a clear path for continued expansion.We're hiring a Director of New Construction to lead and scale the division responsible for estimating, sales, and preconstruction.This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to executive leadership and full ownership over growth, team performance, and profitability.
