This role will drive product strategy across key distribution channels (independent dealers, e-commerce, and big box retail), identify new product opportunities, and lead initiatives focused on margin improvement, reliability, and consumer communication. You’ll partner cross-functionally with industrial design, marketing, and global manufacturing teams to define specifications and lead products from concept through launch. This role also includes competitive and market research, building a 3-year roadmap, presenting updates to leadership, and driving market share growth through SKU optimization and portfolio improvements. What you'll doAssess market trends and identify unmet customer needs across assigned product portfoliosEvaluate current product lines and recommend SKU consolidation/rationalization opportunitiesMonitor the competitive landscape and provide insights to support portfolio growth and positioningConduct consumer and market research to validate product needs and requirementsStay current on emerging technologies relevant to product design and developmentMaintain and grow product market position through management of existing product lines and market intelligenceDevelop and present a 3-year product vision/roadmap for assigned categoriesPresent the end-user experience and ensure appropriate test methods are applied throughout product development, aligning results with product plans and engineering goals.Partner with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve product issues and support development executionLeverage vendor resources and expertise to support product management and new product development initiativesManage project budgets and prepare financial analysis and status updates for leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldBilingual Mandarin is a plus4+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or product management, with full lifecycle product experience (SKU-heavy portfolios a plus)Strong understanding of category P&L and proven analytical skillsExcellent written/verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to customers and leadershipProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across varied stakeholdersCustomer-focused, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing situationsExperience supporting commercialization and product launches (pricing, positioning, placement, training, and marketing mix)Benefits / PerksMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401K Retirement PlanPaid Vacation TimePaid Holidaysand More!
