Engineering Manager, AI-Driven Security Platform

Amazon Leo is building a security-focused platform to defend a global satellite constellation. We seek a software development manager to lead the Engineering and R&D team within Leo Infrastructure and IP Security, guiding architects, engineers, and security experts from design to production.You will drive roadmap, ensure auditable decisions, and scale the platform across on‐orbit ground infrastructure, launch sites, and manufacturing lines, balancing performance with rigorous controls.
