Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and garnishes to provide accurate recommendations to guests. Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders promptly, and addressing any concerns or requests. Assist with food handling as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders. Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain efficient service flow. Qualifications Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively during busy shifts. Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial for safe food service operations.
