Job Description Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Ainsworth, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Dialysis - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/15/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Contract Details - Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Certifications & Licensure - License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required - Compliance: Must have strict adherence to privacy/security policies and knowledge of state and federal confidentiality laws (e.g., HIPAA) Clinical Experience Requirements - Specialty Experience: Experience in Chronic Hemodialysis (HD) is required. - General Dialysis RN: Minimum 9 months of current clinical nursing experience (Med-Surg preferred) PLUS 3 months of experience caring for patients on maintenance dialysis (acute or chronic). - Self-Care & Home Dialysis Training RN: Minimum 12 months of clinical RN experience PLUS 3 months of experience in the specific modality being trained (Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis). Note: If responsible for both HD and PD, at least 3 months of experience in EACH modality is required. General Qualifications & Soft Skills - Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. - Team-oriented and comfortable interacting with people of diverse backgrounds. - Ability to accurately follow and interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Proficient in reading procedure manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions. - Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. - Competent in basic medical math (calculating figures and amounts). - Skilled at practical problem-solving and managing situations with limited standardization.
