Surgery - General Physician

Board Certification Required.NO RECENT OR OPEN MALPRACTICE CASESMalpractice or disciplinary information must be included before candidate will be considered.Please include NPI# in candidate bid. Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed.Must have active NC license and NC DEA (NC address).Surgeon will be provided hospital owned individual apartments onsite. Very nice and clean, cable and Wi-Fi. Any travel expenses will be capped at $500.00. This includes airfare, rental car OR mileage (not both).Call type: physician will be on-call for services, and bylaws require them to be within 20 minutes of the facility. Preferred housing, again, is on-site in hospital-owned apartments.Meditech 6.1 is current EMR. Need 4 - 6 hours gratis daily.
