Lead Full Stack Web Developer/Drupal Lead
The Lead Web Content Developer/Drupal Lead will have extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on technologies such as DRUPAL (.net) platform projects. Works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the WHD website technical aspects, such as design, performance, and capacity, which are measures of a website's speed and how much traffic the site can handle.
Responsible for the execution of the requirements for this contract and shall oversee all organizational management and technical staff.
Utilize knowledge of project management concepts using Agile Framework which is based on Agile, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
Responsible for Section 508 compliance of WHD Internet and WHD Intranet postings.
Qualifications
Must possess ten (10) plus years (with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in .Net and at least five plus years’ experience in DRUPAL).
Full stack experience as a team lead working with Appian, SharePoint and DB2 database integration.
Must possess adequate 508 knowledge and skills to develop and maintain accessible WHD websites.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a directly related field with 10+ years of experience in the federal sector.
Must be able to pass a Public Trust background.
Status
Contingent on contract win.
