HR Leadership Development Officer
About The RoleThe Leadership Development Trainer designs and delivers programs that build leadership capability across the organization. This role facilitates impactful learning experiences (virtual and in-person), partners with stakeholders to identify development needs, and implements solutions that strengthen current and future leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging leadership training across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats using adult learning principlesDevelop and execute leadership programs aligned with organizational goals and leadership frameworksPartner with stakeholders to assess needs and address leadership skill gapsMeasure program effectiveness and continuously improve content using data, feedback, and evaluation toolsCoach and support leaders and internal facilitators to strengthen program deliveryManage end-to-end program operations (enrollment, communications, materials, facilitation, and reporting)Utilize LMS to track participation, assess needs, and report outcomesMaintain vendor relationships and manage program budgets effectivelyOversee course logistics (rosters, attendance, materials, scheduling)Monitor enrollment trends and drive engagement through targeted outreachStay current on leadership development trends and apply best practicesSupport administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbout YouBachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Master’s degree preferredStrong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesExperience designing and delivering leadership development programsKnowledge of leadership frameworks and adult learning principlesProficiency with LMS platforms and training toolsData-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectivenessStrong communication, collaboration, and project management skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCertification in coaching or learning & development (e.g., ICF, ATD, CCL)Occasional travel may be required for training sessions, workshops, and meetingsThe base pay range for this role is $85,000.00 to $120,000.00.The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
