Founding Full-Stack Engineer

At Parcha, we are building enterprise-grade AI agents to eliminate manual bottlenecks & empower businesses to scale. We pull from both public and private data sets to perform tasks and automate processes that bog down operations and compliance teams. Parcha is a seed stage company that recently raised $5M from Kindred & Initialized Capital. Our founding team brings over 35 years of experience from Brex, Twitter, Coinbase, and Google. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. Role Overview As our founding member of our engineering team, you will report to the CTO and lead the charge in ensuring the product's reliability and scalability using our Python codebase. You will have the opportunity to own challenging technical problems and help build the future of AI. This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office. Responsibilities Develop Python services, APIs, and webhook functionality to enable agent management, orchestration, benchmarking, integrations with third parties Own the architecture and development of our web-based product - the customer's interface with our AI agents Build internal tools to evaluate agents and enable automated judgment Incorporate enterprise-grade security and reliability into our backend platform Build integration and product infrastructure for LLMs to be leveraged for AI Agents Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure a cohesive product experience Requirements Expert knowledge of Python, React.js, microservices, and API design Extensive experience writing production-level code Comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits Competitive salary and stock options Relocation stipend to move to San Francisco Medical, dental, and vision insurance Regular team-building activities Fast-paced learning environment Opportunity to shape the product and culture of a fast-growing startup Parcha is an equal opportunity employer.
