Play a critical role in the growth of this location, lead a formidable team, and represent WSECU in the region!Your Day May IncludeEffectively leading the daily operations of the branch and providing a positive leadership exampleCoaching and developing employees to support WSECU’s Brand PromiseProviding training to enhance product, sales and service skillsConducting and observing coaching sessions and monthly routinesEnsuring branch is staffed at an efficient level to provide superior member servicePromoting teamwork by fostering positive communication, integrity, leadership, respect, recognition and accountability to enhance team unityAttending and participating in regional meetings and providing staff coordination to support fellow branch needsOrganizing branch staff meetingsWhat You Bring To The TeamHigh School graduate or equivalent, or greaterMinimum two (2) years of college or substitute leadership/supervisory experience, year for yearMinimum of one (1) year of leadership/supervisory experienceTwo (2) years of experience in a retail or service-related positionAbility to find creative solutions to motivate employees for successStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with existing team membersAbility to analyze information and form recommendationsSales and customer service trainingTeam-building skillsBonus Points If You HaveFinancial institution experienceBranch operations experience Competitive pay: $97,805.94 - $125,988.49 annually, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits packageThe target starting pay for this position is $97,805.94 - $122,257.43 annually, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant’s pay history into account.The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.
