Program & Outreach Coordinator
Position Overview:PROCEDEO is seeking a Program & Outreach Coordinator to support our client in DeSoto, Texas. This in-office role focuses on coordinating programs and leading community outreach efforts to support organizational goals. The Program & Outreach Coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, plan and execute outreach initiatives, and ensure clear and effective communication. Responsibilities also include supporting program implementation, conducting research, and delivering training and resources to community partners.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy in all communicationsMaintain organized, audit-ready records and ensure compliance with document control standardsCoordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and district staffProvide administrative and coordination support to the Program Director and project teamsTrack assignments, prepare correspondence, and support day-to-day program operationsOrganize meetings, manage logistics, and prepare agendas, minutes, and supporting materialsLead the preparation of monthly program reports and collect updates from project stakeholdersDevelop presentations, templates, and supplemental reports as neededManage document systems (e.g., Egnyte), including access, uploads, and file organizationSupport board reporting, exhibits, and meeting materialsConduct site visits and assist with project documentation and team coordinationCoordinate community outreach events and maintain stakeholder relationshipsManage outreach calendars, event recaps, and public-facing updates (including website content)Ensure alignment across reports, trackers, and published program dataSupport cross-functional coordination, reporting, and general administrative needsPerform all other tasks as assignedQualificationsStrong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure audit-ready documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and community partners High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive or public information Experience supporting program coordination, reporting, meeting management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., Egnyte or similar platforms), with the ability to maintain structured digital files and reporting tools.Employment Benefits: Employee Benefits include a negotiable salary, 401K (with company match), full medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, life and disability insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave, tuition reimbursement, HSA and FSA medical plans as available to fulltime company employees.About PROCEDEO:PROCEDEO is a national leader in alternative project delivery methods for architecture and construction, as well as innovative construction technology across the education, healthcare, and municipal sectors.
