A company is looking for a Senior Valuation Reviewer. Key Responsibilities Review commercial and residential appraisals for compliance with USPAP, internal policies, and federal regulations Analyze valuation methodologies and assumptions to validate accuracy for lending decisions Mentor and train junior reviewers on complex appraisal reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of real estate appraisal and/or review experience Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in a relevant state Residential or General Appraiser Certification in WI, MN, or IL Active or candidate status with a recognized professional appraisal organization
