The Data Management Assistant is responsible for gathering, processing, and managing data to support various business operations and decision-making processes. This role involves collecting accurate and timely data from a variety of sources, ensuring data quality, and preparing reports for analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect data from multiple sources including surveys, databases, and online platforms.
Accurately input and update data into relevant systems and databases.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
Organize and maintain data in an efficient and secure manner.
Implement data collection methods and ensure compliance with data management policies.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on collected data.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor data collection processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Conduct regular audits of data and reporting processes to maintain data integrity.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and validate data.
Provide support and training to team members on data collection procedures and tools.
Document data collection processes, methodologies, and any issues encountered.
Maintain detailed records of data sources and collection procedures.
Recommend improvements to data collection processes and systems.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management.
Public speaking and oral presentations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in data collection, entry, and management. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry and management software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data collection tools).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
