Radar Data Intel Analyst
Position SummaryThe Radar Data Intel Analyst will directly monitor the operational status and analyze the performance of sensors supporting the DOD detection and monitoring (D&M) Mission. Sensors may include Tethered Aerostat Radars (TARS), US Ground Based Radars (GBRs), partner nation (PN) GBRs, Tactical Data Link (TADIL), Costal maritime radar, ADS-B, AIS, etc. Intel and quality analysis will be conducted utilizing tools such as Radar Data Interface System (RDIS), Radar Evaluation Squadron (RADES) System IV (RS4) software, CDRADES, Radar Analysis Program (RAP) software and miscellaneous other analysis tools.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sensor data and synchronize with available intel data to assist operations targeting cells to identify/document trafficking events, trends, and drug trafficking organization (DTO) TTPsFunction as a subject matter expert (SME) for radar and operations and provide analysis throughout the JIATF-S J2, J3 and J5 directorates as directedProvide radar analysis to other Government agencies as directedProduce Air Space characterizations reports and radar coverage analysisConduct CD Radar Data Intel Analysis SMEEsAssist in the development and definition of CD Concept of Operations (CONOPS), conduct studies and analyses, provide engineering evaluations on recommended system changes, and participate in conducting or witnessing system testingProvide engineering recommendations to optimize surveillance, command and control, and communications systemsMonitor the operational status and analyze the performance of sensors supporting the Department of Defense detection & monitoring missionTravel to austere environments may also be required (up to 10% of time).Other duties as assignedQualificationsTop Secret clearance with SCI access is required from contract performance start dateAt least 8 years of technical experience with 3 years of intelligence experienceExperience in using radar data analysis tools such as IMOM, Falcon View, RDIS, RS4, and in intelligence database systems; Knowledge of air surveillance systems and C2 systemsExperience in supporting and developing briefing productsFamiliar with using radar data and other available Intelligence to analyze and develop an understanding of aircraft movements Familiar with coordination between government agencies and directorates to support ongoing activitiesBenefitsConstellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
