Including but not limited to: Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendor and suppliers Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates Maintaining appropriate inspections of the property as identified by the organization and brand Ensure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standards Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to lead a team Excellent attention to detail Financial savvy Proficient in Microsoft Office products Ability to working in a faced paced environment with the ability to multi-task KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESTrack your daily income with updates after every shift you workTransfer your earnings instantly or next dayAutomatically save a portion of your paycheck*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
