Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various technical and manual skills, including garment construction, machining, and carpentry. Duties Operate machines and to fabricate components according to specifications. Perform heavy lifting and assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse or workshop environment. Engage in construction tasks, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Utilize measuring tools to ensure precision in all work performed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects, adhering to project timelines and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, implementing solutions as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, machining, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with garment construction techniques is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all tasks performed. We are looking for a skilled individual that has the ability to be trained. Experience in sewing, woodworking, auto and small engine repair, carpentry, construction, machine or equipment operation, arts/crafts or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required. Experience working in a safe and efficient manner with demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to remain dependable, flexible and adaptable to changing production demands and operate different machinery as production needs change. Demonstrate dependability regarding attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
