At Paradigm, your ideas are heard, your growth is prioritized, your contributions make a difference.Summary:We are seeking a Senior Data Architecture Consultant who has experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)The Senior Data Architecture Consultant will provide expert-level guidance, planning, and oversight in the implementation and maturation of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with a focus on Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and Master Data Management (MDM)The Senior Data Architecture Consultant will collaborate closely with business, risk, compliance, technology, and data management teams on projectsThe ideal candidate will have proven experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly CDGC and MDM modulesThis position is Remote, with occasional travel to Phoenix, AZResponsibilities:Lead strategic planning, road-mapping, and configuration efforts for Informatica IDMC (CDGC & MDM)Provide coaching and advisory services to internal teams and stakeholdersDeliver thought leadership and develop materials to support the migration of metadata from legacy Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) to Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC)Create and maintain migration documentation, including best practices and recommendationsConduct initial discovery and validation of project goals, vendor approaches, and methodologiesReview and advise on deliverables produced by client to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and other involved partiesProduce and maintain key deliverables, including:Strategic RoadmapConfiguration DocumentationMigration Plan with TimelinesMonthly Progress ReportsAssist with Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimations for future execution phasesUtilize standard project methodologies and tools as prescribed by the clientRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Risk roles, preferably in Financial ServicesProven experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly CDGC and MDM modulesStrong background in enterprise Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Strategic PlanningExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with migration planning and execution in complex data environmentsAbility to work independently while aligning with client priorities and timelinesBachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferredExperience in Management Consulting is preferredInformatica Certifications are preferredWhy Join ParadigmAt Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
