Electronics Product Engineer

Create product feasibility cases to support product launch * Develop engineering standards by researching information on new and existing products * Direct/coordinate PPAP process for new product release. Submit all required documents to Product Engineering Manager for appropriate PPAP approval * Develop product information for part number revisions and any upgrades required * Development of Bills of Material (BOM), including replacement % for core and new component * BS in Electrical Engineering(this can be replaced with 10 years of hands-on experience), An Associates Degree is required at a minimum, Six Sigma-Green Belt Certification, and knowledge of PCB manufacturing is preferred. * 3 or more years of project management experience *Shift* 7 am-4 pm Mon-Fri and Friday, this can be flexible Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Springfield, MO: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Work Location: In person
