Data Governance Manager

We’re Hiring: Data Governance Manager I’m partnering with a client to find a Data Governance Manager who has experience building data governance from the ground up.This is a greenfield opportunity—you’ll be the first dedicated hire focused on governance, with the chance to shape strategy, implement frameworks, and drive enterprise-wide adoption across a rapidly evolving organization.Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)What You’ll Do:Build and scale an enterprise data governance program from scratchEstablish data standards, policies, and quality frameworksPartner with business and technical stakeholders to drive alignmentLead governance committees and influence data culture across the organizationImplement and optimize data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.)What We’re Looking For:Proven experience standing up data governance programs from the ground upStrong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsBackground in data quality, cataloging, and governance frameworksExperience working with or alongside consulting partnersHealthcare experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy This Role?First hire in a growing function with leadership potentialHigh visibility and impact across multiple business domainsOpportunity to help modernize enterprise data architectureStrong culture + competitive compensation & benefits
