Project Cost Control associate

Project Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Cost Controls Associate to support a Project Cost Controls team across multiple project portfolios. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong cost control discipline across projects, enabling project teams and leadership to make informed decisions and support successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Partner 1:1 with a Project Cost Analyst to support a designated group of projects Assist with day-to-day project cost management and reporting activities Prepare for and participate in project update meetings, including presenting cost variances and forecast updates Support core cost control processes, including: Invoice processing Contract financial commitment tracking Accrual collection Project administrative closeout Ensure standardized cost control processes are followed across multiple projects Required Skills & Qualifications Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects while following standardized processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required Familiarity with project controls tools and techniques Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or capital projects preferred Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in White Plains, NY 10601
