This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you will help maintain a healthy environment for livestock and support general farm operations.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team in an agricultural setting.Farm Laborer Responsibilities: Monitor poultry conditions, including checking feed, water, and overall healthAssist with moving coops and maintaining farm structuresSupport daily farm tasks to ensure smooth operationsObserve and report any health or safety concernsOperate basic tools or small equipment as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all farm safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications & Experience: Strong work ethic with reliability and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to monitor animal health and maintain basic care standards (feed, water, general conditions)Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting and moving supplies or equipmentAttention to detail when observing livestock and identifying potential issuesAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamBasic mechanical skills and experience using tools or small equipment preferredPrevious experience in farming, agriculture, or working with livestock is a plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with poultry operations, electric fencing, or farm equipment is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safelyComfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shiftWillingness to follow a consistent schedule, including regular coop movement dutiesWhy Join This Opportunity?
