The role will be responsible for leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally to drive product development and deliver products and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.Education: Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related scientific field preferred. Advanced Degree preferred.Experience: 10 years of experience in progressive product management in chemicals, life sciences, scientific instruments, or related industry. Successful track record in product management and/or strategic marketing. Chemical and/or consumable product experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage cost and drive organic growth through innovation and profit. Ability to build, lead, and influence teams across a matrixed environment with intensity and integrity -- building impactful and lasting relationships; collaborative approach. 5+ years of people leadership experience managing global teams. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed global organization. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive data-based decisions. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated success in developing teams. Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (ISO, CE, FDA, etc.). Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally & internationally. Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with financial modeling and business case development.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Execution Skills: Accountable leader with ability to lead teams to overcome obstacles and optimize opportunities. Track record of delivering results in product management and R&D by defining and prioritizing a product development pipeline with a strong sense of user-centered innovation. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer centricity.
