General Laborer (Day & Night Shifts - Available)Pay Starts at $20 for the first week or two during training then goes to a piece rate which on average ends up being around $26-$27 per hour but can be more we want candidates who are excited for the chance to make a lot of money as some on the floor are on track to make over $100k.Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and skilled General Laborers to join our team in building internal conduit structures. This role involves overseeing the concrete casting process to ensure accuracy, cleaning and preparing steel forms to specifications, cutting and joining PVC conduits for spacing maintenance, fabricating and securing rebar cages for unit reinforcement, and installing anchors and pins into units.
