Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI / LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI solutions across text, code, and multimodal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, and large language models (LLMs), combined with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and production-grade ML deployment.Key Responsibilities:Generative AI Development: Design and implement generative AI models for text, code, and multimodal applications.LLM Engineering: Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.).Model Training: Develop training pipelines for custom generative models and foundation model adaptation.Python Development: Build robust ML applications, APIs, and services using Python and ML frameworks.Prompt Engineering: Create and optimize prompts for various LLM use cases.Model Evaluation: Implement frameworks to evaluate model performance and ensure safety.Production Deployment: Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments with scaling considerations.Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest GenAI research and implement state-of-the-art techniques.Data Pipeline Management: Build preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for ML workflows.Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver AI solutions.Must-Have Skills:Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks/libraries such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK).Understanding of microservice architecture.Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, SingleStore.Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.Nice-to-Have:Familiarity with IT standards, methodologies, and CMM audit requirements.Agile development experience.Experience in financial institutions.
