Responsibilities Include Assisting with subcontractor buyout and scope review Tracking submittals, RFIs, and project documentation in Procore Supporting cost tracking and cost-to-complete updates Preparing meeting agendas and distributing minutes Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Reviewing project drawings and specifications Supporting project closeout documentation Assisting with scheduling and milestone tracking Supporting general project and office coordination as needed Provide estimating and preconstruction support as needed Performing other job duties as required to support the project teamand company operationsYou will gain exposure to budget management, risk identification,subcontractor coordination, owner communication, and field operations.**What We\'re Looking For** Knowledge of building and construction is a MUST Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Professional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) Willingness to learn Procore and Bluebeam Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to grow
