Join us as we shape the future of engineering excellence.What You’ll DoDevelop Advanced Test Solutions: Pioneer the creation of advanced manufacturing test systems tailored to radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and UAS technologiesTransition Products to Manufacturing: Apply sound test engineering and systems engineering principles to launch innovative designs into productionInfluence Design for Test (DfT): Collaborate early with product design and R&D teams to understand design intent and promote DfX/DfT considerations that enable robust manufacturing and test solutionsArchitect and Enhance Test Systems: Develop and customize test capabilities based on common platforms, while implementing hardware and software improvements to increase capability, reliability, and throughputAutomate Processes: Utilize languages such as LabVIEW and TestStand to automate test processes and improve efficiency and accuracyAnalyze and Leverage Data: Develop SQL queries and apply statistical and engineering tools (MATLAB, Minitab, etc.) to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvementCollaborate Across Teams: Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challengesAnalyze and Leverage Data: Develop SQL queries and apply statistical and engineering tools (MATLAB, Minitab, etc.) to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvementTroubleshoot Complex Systems: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues within manufacturing test environmentsSupport Production Programs: Provide hands-on engineering support to factory and sustaining teams during new product introductions and ongoing productionDocument and Maintain Records: Ensure test documentation, requirements, and records meet technical, quality, and schedule requirementsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, or related discipline8+ years of relevant industry experienceKnowledge of radar, RF, and electronic warfare systemsUnderstanding of how product requirements translate into manufacturing and test solutionsExposure to design-for-test or manufacturing test requirements development is a plusKnowledge of programming tools like LabVIEW or TestStandFamiliarity with databases and data management philosophiesExperience with structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and hardware/software troubleshootingStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplinesDemonstrated leadership potential, attention to detail, and ownership of technical workEffective time management and organizational skills in a multi-project environmentWays to Stand OutExposure to manufacturing or production test tools, fixtures, and hardware systemsStrong software capability in languages such as Python or MatlabReceived certifications in LabView (CLA, CLAD, CLD)Hands-on experience with RF measurements, high-speed digital systems, or PCA-to-system-level testingProven analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetDesire to work in a fast-paced technical or manufacturing environmentExperience mentoring, leading projects, or driving technical improvements to completionDriven individual that is eager to learn and be challenged What Sets Us Apart?SRCTec, LLC is a manufacturing and life cycle management company specializing in the cost-effective production of high-quality, high-reliability, advanced military electro-mechanical products. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
