Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Help Desk for a contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.Our client is seeking a Help Desk in a collaborative team that supports users with digital tools, systems, and platforms. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy learning new technologies, solving problems, and providing positive support experiences to customers or internal users. This job will be hybrid position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for digital tools, systems, and platforms used by customers or team membersRespond to questions and issues in a professional, timely, and solution‐focused mannerCollaborate with team members to meet service goals and support shared objectivesCommunicate clearly and document interactions, issues, and resolutions using established processesAdapt to new technologies, tools, and workflows as they are introducedWorking with digital tools, systems, or platforms, with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies efficientlyCustomer service or client‐facing role, with success resolving issues and building positive working relationshipWorking in a team‐based environment, contributing to shared goals and participating in open communicationThe base range for this contract position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations.
