QA Automation Test Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that provides critical services in the healthcare sector.The Role Develop and execute test cases for AWS Connect phone software development, supporting migration from Avaya to AWS. Perform automation testing and data mapping, including estimating work effort. Identify IVR conditions for requesting test data and prepare smoke testing data. Validate test data using Postman/SoapUI and identify test cases from requirements. Define test scenarios, develop and maintain scripts, and analyze bugs. Execute test cases and raise defects using defect tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and Qtest/Quality Center.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree. Strong experience in QA automation testing. Deep knowledge of Avaya and AWS Connect systems. Proficiency with IVR systems and call center workflows. Experience with test data submission requests and validation.
