It also means knowing you’re at a stable company where you can expand your skillset, build your career, and move up in the ranks.As a foreman at our Dane location, you will:Ensure proper conditions for job quality and safety before and during projectsReview crew member timecardsComplete vehicle mechanical and safety checklists dailyEnsure work truck(s) are loaded correctlyMaintain truck stocks of consumable materialsCoordinate with general contractor and/or customer Review jobsite for safety and accessAssign tasks to crew membersNote changes in jobsite conditions and/or alterations and inform officeComplete final review of completed work to check qualityAttend foremen meeting and safety meetings as scheduledTrain new crew members to work efficiently and safelyAdditional tasks related to flatwork or walls depending on roleWhy Cru Concrete?Cru consistently partners with the largest builders in the state.
