They are seeking a driven Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the C-suite and play a meaningful role in advancing strategic priorities.Role OverviewThis Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, delivering seamless administrative support while operating as a proactive thought partner in a fast-paced private equity setting. The role involves managing complex schedules and travel, supporting ad hoc initiatives, and ensuring executives can remain focused on high-impact priorities. Success in this position requires discretion, anticipation of needs, and strong organizational judgment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage dynamic calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize commitments to maximize executive efficiencyPrepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reportsScreen and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-upTravel & Expense CoordinationCoordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportationAnticipate travel needs and oversee related documentation and expense trackingProject & Operational SupportSupport ad hoc projects and firm initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are metConduct research and prepare briefing materials to inform executive decision-makingStakeholder & Relationship ManagementAct as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersFacilitate cross-functional communication to support smooth day-to-day operationsConfidentiality & Professional JudgmentHandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismExercise sound judgment while balancing competing priorities and shifting demandsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred3+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated expertise managing complex calendars and travel logisticsStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools a plusAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
