Job Description The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. * Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures. * Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. * Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. * Create labor records for all transactions. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.Detector Assembler to support the Nuclear MFG Team1. Minimum Years of experience: 2 – 3 years2. Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED3. Languages competency? English4. Is there any certification required? IPC-6105. Key Skills: - Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards- Read design drawings- Electronic component identification- Understanding of Quality standards- Ability to use microscope for long periods of time6. Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects7. Is there any system/knowledge candidates need to have proficiency in? computer skills, SAP8. Pay rate: USD 19.509.
