Job Description - • Strong experience working as Scrum Master and Project Manager in Agile environments
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure team adherence to Scrum framework
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Convert business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog in coordination with stakeholders
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and ensure predictable delivery outcomes
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectations
• Coordinate across cross‑functional teams including Dev, QA, and Product
• Facilitate UAT planning and ensure smooth release management
• Monitor risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
• Strong experience interacting with clients and senior leadership
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously

• Multi service systems
• Legacy modernization
• Large codebases / monorepos Strong understanding of:
• Security implications of autonomous code execution
• Compliance, auditability, and traceability
•AI assisted SDLC operating models Core Responsibility:
• Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes
• Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code
• Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development
• Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows
• Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents
• Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt
