Robot Delivery SpecialistAs a Robot Delivery Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of Coco's 24/7 operationhelping prepare, deploy, retrieve, and maintain our delivery robots. Whether you're supporting the early morning rush, an evening handoff, or a late-night recovery, your role is critical to ensuring every robot and delivery runs smoothly.You'll transport robots to merchant partners, perform basic maintenance, and even complete in-person deliveries when necessary. Your ability to move fast, solve problems, and follow clear procedures will keep the operation running at full speed.A Day in the LifePrepare and transport robots to partner hubs for operational shiftsRespond to robot retrieval calls and ensure quick turnaround of out-of-service unitsCharge, clean, and perform visual and basic functional checks on all robotsComplete hand deliveries to customers when robots can't finish a routeFollow structured SOPs using the Field Ops App to track work and report issuesCommunicate regularly with the central ops and hardware teamsMaintain professionalism and deliver high-quality service to customers and merchant partnersKey ResponsibilitiesSupport daily robot launch and takedown across shiftsEnsure robots are charged, clean, and cosmetically soundPerform basic mechanical/electrical checks or troubleshootingProvide last-mile support through direct delivery, when neededParticipate in setup and expansion of robot hubsExecute daily tasks assigned via the Field Operations AppFollow proper protocols, ensure documentation, and escalate issues appropriatelySchedule OptionsFull-Time: 5+ shifts per week, rotating weekendsPart-Time: 24 shifts per week, flexible hours based on availabilityShift Coverage needs:Mid Shift: 11:00 AM 7:30 PMPM Shift: 6:00 PM 2:30 AMOvernight Shift: 12:30 AM 9:00 AMBasic QualificationsValid driver's licenseComfortable driving pickup trucks or large vansAbility to lift 60+ lbs regularlyPrior work experience in a hands-on, operational, or logistics roleProficient with smartphone apps and mobile communication toolsFlexible availability for a variety of shifts (including holidays/weekends)Mechanically inclined (robot/electrical/equipment familiarity a plus but not required)About the TeamWe're a close-knit, high-energy team driven by collaboration and a shared mission.
